Contest Winners

Tony Chapek received his plaque for winning last year’s Originality Award for stage. Richard Kaufman presents the Genii Awards.  Above, to Chris Connelly for closeup, and below to Nathan Kepner for stage.

PNP Bill Andrews presents the Mystic Craig Award to Jun Pyo Hong.  Hong also won the People’s Choice for stage.

At the Pro Closeup show, Harry Riser performed a classic egg bag routine. Stephen Bargatze performed this routine silently.  The reason why is too good to give away here.
PNP Brad Jacobs presents the People’s Choice (CU) to Raymond Iong.  Iong also won the contest’s 2nd place award. Rod Chow takes First Place in the closeup competition.
Paul Critelli presents Latko with the 2nd place award for stage.  Latko’s rebuilt motorcycle act also earned him an invitation to perform in Japan by Shintaro Fujiyama. Jay Mattiou takes First Place in the stage competition.
